2-  Discuss the diagnosis and management of:

     a- Suspected acute pulmonary embolism.

     b- Suspected acute aortic dissection.

3-  Give an account of:

     a- Risk factors for sudden cardiac death.

     b- Management of asymptomatic valvular aortic stenosis.
